
Since
1880 The Harting Old Club has celebrated Whit Monday and as
of
1959, when the fair ceased to take centre stage in the
street, the village has welcomed people to celebrate the
Festivities.
Once
again the village of Harting welcomed everyone on Monday 26th
May 2008. This year there was

MORE
ENTERTAINMENTS - including music, dancing and displays

ATTRACTIONS - in particular a giant inflatable slide and
pirate ship

MORE
PARTICIPATION - children's competitions, races and
activities
-
MORE
SPACE - extending the Festivities into Harting's South
Gardens. There will be a land train between the Street
and South Gardens for families and children to ride.

MORE
PRIZES - the Grand Draw has great prizes,
including a hot air balloon ride.
